3. Overnight Shipping:

    • Service: Next-day delivery.
     • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Processing Times

     • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from receipt. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional events.
     • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped. This email will include tracking information for your convenience.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the following factors:

     • Shipping Method: Choose from standard, expedited, or overnight shipping options.
     • Order Size and Weight: The total weight and dimensions of your package will affect shipping costs.
     • Destination:  Rates vary depending on the delivery location. To view shipping rates, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our carrier’s website. For any issues or questions regarding your shipment, please contact our Customer Support team.

Delivery Issues

     • Missing or Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact our Customer Support team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve any issues.      • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Luxxxe is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Signature Requirement

For added security, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. This is particularly applicable for high-value orders. If a signature is required, the carrier will not leave the package without obtaining a signature from an authorized recipient.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using standard shipping options. However, some expedited and international shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

International Shipping Policies

     • Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs     duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These     charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the     shipping cost.
     • Customs Clearance: Shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance     procedures. Luxxxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs     inspections or regulations.
