Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receipt. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit.

Eligibility for Returns

     • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  
     • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.  
     • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items

     • Used, opened or damaged products
     • Items that have been removed from their original packaging.  
     • Items purchased on sake, gift cards, or promotional items.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a product. If your product is still sealed and in its original packaging, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our Customer Support team to initiate the exchange process.

     • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.  
     • Any price difference between the exchanged items must be paid before shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please reach out to our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos or videos of the defect to better understand the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a store credit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

     2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number, receipt, or   confirmation email ready.
     3. Follow   Return Instructions: If your item is eligible, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.

Shipping Cost

For returns and exchanges due to defective or incorrect items, Luxxxe will cover all shipping costs.
     For exchanges due to preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
