LUXXXE 10-Year Limited Warranty

At LUXXXE, we believe premium products should be made to last. That's why eligible LUXXXE motorized products are backed by our 10-Year Limited Warranty, giving you added confidence long after your purchase.

Our warranty is designed to protect against qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, and the motor or other covered electronic components under normal intended use.

Warranty Coverage

The LUXXXE 10-Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible LUXXXE products containing a motor for a period of 10 years from the original date of purchase.

Subject to the terms below, the warranty covers qualifying defects resulting from:

Defective motors
Manufacturing defects
Defects in materials or workmanship
Covered electronic or mechanical components that fail during normal intended use

If an eligible product experiences a covered defect during the warranty period, LUXXXE will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate warranty resolution.

Products Not Covered

The 10-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that do not contain a motor, including but not limited to:

Lubricants and other consumable products
Massage candles
Stainless-steel or non-motorized accessories
Gift cards
Apparel and headwear
Drinkware
Other non-electronic or non-motorized accessories

These products remain subject to any applicable LUXXXE Returns & Exchanges Policy and any rights available under applicable law.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

Misuse, abuse, or use contrary to product instructions
Accidents, drops, crushing, or other physical damage
Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
Improper cleaning, care, or storage
Use of incompatible chargers, cables, power sources, or accessories
Normal cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect product functionality
Loss or theft
Damage caused by use outside the product's stated water-resistance or waterproof specifications
Products with identifying information removed or altered where that information is reasonably necessary to verify the warranty claim

The warranty covers qualifying product defects; it is not insurance against accidental damage or ordinary wear.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim. This may include your LUXXXE order number, receipt, confirmation email, or other documentation reasonably sufficient to verify the original purchase and purchase date.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your LUXXXE product has experienced a covered defect, contact:

Please include your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our Customer Support team may request photographs, video, product information, or reasonable troubleshooting steps to help evaluate the claim.

Please do not return or ship a product to LUXXXE unless instructed to do so by Customer Support.

Warranty Resolution

Once a warranty claim has been reviewed and approved, LUXXXE may, at its discretion and as permitted by applicable law, repair the eligible product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide another appropriate warranty remedy.

If the original product is no longer available, LUXXXE may provide a reasonably comparable replacement.

Replacement products or components provided under warranty do not restart the original 10-year warranty period. Coverage continues for the remainder of the original product's applicable warranty period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Products Arriving Damaged or Defective

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact LUXXXE Customer Support within 30 days of delivery. These issues are handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

The 10-Year Limited Warranty is intended for qualifying defects involving eligible motorized products beyond that initial return period.

Additional Terms

This warranty applies only to eligible LUXXXE products and is subject to verification of the warranty claim.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
